“See how much the new National President of Congress hates Sanatan Dharma…” Prakash tweeted.
The tweet got 103 retweets, 7 quote tweets and 302 likes till the news was filed.
“You have patented Sanatan Dharma,” one Kulbider Singh gave his reply on the tweet while one Pappu Kumar replied, “take such poisonous snakes; the Congress does not even know what to say.” One Bibhanshu Divvy has replied saying “Only you provide good, honest and who know the basics of Hindutva candidate in the constituency, then they can’t defeat our whole organisation.”
When contacted Deepak Prakash to know where the statement was given, he said it was given in Delhi after he projected himself as a candidate for the presidential election in the Congress.
However, sources informed that it is an old video clip. Kharge gave the statement when he was delivering a speech during a campaign organised by Samvidhan Bachao Parishad in Mumbai in 2018 and now BJP is using it as a tool to expose the anti-Sanatan mindset of the Congress party all India chief.
