Ranchi, Aug.18: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today handed over offer letters to 10,020 selected candidates for various institutions and companies in a regional job fair at Chaibasa in West Singhbhum.

He also announced an extension of 2 years of service to the auxiliary police personnel of the state and said he had planned many schemes to connect educated, less educated and illiterate people with employment.

He expressed his commitment to make the youth self-reliant and shared the government’s initiatives in this direction.

The chief minister said that the job offer letter to more than 10,000 youth is a milestone for the state and expressed his determination to serve the 3.5 crore population.

The CM said the party has taken Jharkhand by fighting and declared that they also take their rights by fighting.  He said that he is giving new direction to the state amidst all the challenges in a short span of time.

“When you and your family are happy, then the state will also be strong and strong…..Tribals will move forward only when they unite and show their strength,” he said while addressing the offer letter distribution function.

The Chief Minister said that the government is not only giving employment to the youth, but also giving them government help for preparing for competitive exams as well as doing courses like medical, engineering and law.

Apart from this, under the Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana, he said, the government has opened Birsa centres to provide free skill development training to the youth in their own block.

Talking about other initiatives, the CM said: “Government is giving 100% scholarships for higher education abroad. A free residential coaching programme has been started for the preparation of competitive exams for the very sensitive tribal youths. There are many other schemes that the government has started to make your future.”

Talking about recruitment, the CM said the recruitment process has started on a large scale for vacant posts in other government departments, so the government has made rules to provide employment to the tribals and natives in the private sector as well.
