Jamshedpur, Aug 8: Chief Minister, Hemant Soren paid homage to the veteran JMM leader and martyr Nirmal Mahto by visiting Late Mahto’s Samadhi Sthal at Ulyan in Kadma on Tuesday evening, marking his 36th death anniversary.

“Saheed Nirmal Mahto who was one of the pioneers in the formation of Jharkhand state will be remembered forever for the sacrifice he made while crusading for a separate state. His image as a dynamic leader does not remain confined to any community as such, but for all communities, ” observed the Chief Minister while addressing a gathering at the Samadhi Sthal.
Speaking about the achievement by the JMM-led Mahagathbandhan government, Soren said after the coalition government came to power in 2019 the first two years were spoiled due to the pandemic effect but the development work and implementation of the welfare schemes began from then onwards.
“We are making sure that each and every person may get the benefits of the welfare schemes launched by the state government. We are trying to generate jobs for the unemployed and work for all the people, ” the Chief Minister stated.
Making a scathing attack on the Opposition, Hemant Soren said the BJP and allied parties are so much frustrated seeing the speedy development of the state they seem set upon dislodging the present government by hook or by crook.
