Ranchi, July 6: The Jharkhand Personnel Department issued a notification for transfer and posting of 10 officers in various departments of the state.
Anirudh Kumar Sinha, Joint Secretary, Department of Women, Child Development and Social Security, has been transferred as Joint Secretary in the Finance Department.
Chandra Bhushan Prasad, Deputy Secretary, Department of Cabinet Secretariat and Vigilance, will also be joining the Finance Department as Deputy Secretary.
Prasad’s position has been taken up by Dipankar Shrigyan, who has been waiting for posting. Another officer waiting to get posted, Rajesh Prajapati has been asked to join as Deputy Secretary, Department of Women, Child Development and Social Security.
Jitendra Kumar Dev, waiting for posting, has been made Deputy Secretary, Department of Rural Development.
George Kumar, Secretary, Jharkhand State Housing Board, Ranchi, with additional charge of State Protocol Officer, Department of Cabinet Secretariat and Vigilance, has been transferred as Deputy Secretary, Department of Higher and Technical Education.
Pankaj Kumar Sao, who was waiting for posting, has been made Secretary, Jharkhand State Housing Board, Ranchi.
Anurag Kumar Tiwary, Assistant Settlement Officer, Ranchi, has been transferred as Under Secretary, Department of Cabinet Secretariat and Vigilance. Tiwary will also be holding the position of State Protocol Officer in the department as additional charge.
Waiting to be posted Sushil Kumar Khakha has been posted as Executive Magistrate, Chainpur in Gumla. Under CrPC 1973 (Act 2, 1974) Section 20, he will be given the powers of magistrate for Chainpur subdivision.
Sanjay Kumar, Executive Magistrate, Sahibganj, is transferred to Bundu in Ranchi as its Executive Magistrate. Under CrPC 1973 (Act 2, 1974) Section 20, he has been given the powers of magistrate for Bundu subdivision.
The notification further said that those officers whose positions have been given to someone else and have not received any new posting should contribute to the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha.
