Director Oraon said loan waiver of 8 to 10 thousand farmers had failed due to uploading of wrong details by the bank and it is being resolved. She said that bank details are being uploaded on the loan waiver portal and till now the details of 6 lakh farmers have been uploaded on the portal, Aadhaar and ration card numbers are necessary for these details.
“Aadhar card identifies the correct beneficiary and only one member of a family is to be given the benefit of the scheme. For this the ration card number is required,” she said.
