Jharkhand HC threatens JPSC of contempt for delaying publication of 7-10th exam cut off marks

Ranchi, Dec.20: The Jharkhand High Court today threatened Jharkhand Public Service Commission of initiating contempt proceedings in case it delays publication of 7-10th JPSC examination cut off marks for more than three weeks.

The development took place in the bench of Justice S.N.Pathak when it was brought into the knowledge of the court through a petition that the recruitment agency issued the merit list in May 2022 but so far not published the cut off marks depriving the candidates to know their status.

Sonu Kumar, Ranjan and many other candidates had filed the petition. They were represented by advocate Amritansh Vats in the court. Those who appeared on behalf of the recruitment agency included Sanjay Piparwal and Prince Kumar.
