Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court has instructed the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) to submit the cut-off marks of successful candidates as per the state-level merit list. The court also directed the petitioners to provide information regarding their obtained marks and clarify whether their marks are above or below the cut-off in the state-level merit list.

The directive came in response to a petition filed by Meena Kumari and others, seeking appointments in the Graduate-Level Teacher Recruitment. The case was heard by a bench led by Justice Dr. S N Pathak.

The arguments from the state’s side were presented by Advocate General and advocate Sanjay Piparwal, representing the state government and JSSC.
