Ranchi, Dec.14: Jharkhand High Court today refused to stay the JPSC civil service mains examination.
The order came from the court of Justice Rajesh Shankar who was hearing the petition that urged the court to put a stay on the mains examination on the ground that the JPSC issued model answer papers with wrong answers.
The high court while passing the order observed that the court is not an expert and several petitions can be filed in the matter on different issues. Thus, the court observed, it will be necessary for the reply of respondents before passing any order in such matters.
Shekhar Suman had filed the petition.
