Ranchi, Jan 18: A hearing was held in the court of Justice Rajesh Shankar of Jharkhand High Court regarding the 7th to 10th JPSC exams to be organised from January 28. After the arguments of both the sides, the court reserved its decision and will deliver its verdict in the case on January 25.
In this regard, Shekhar Suman has filed a petition in the High Court. During the hearing, it was said on behalf of the petitioner’s advocate Rajesh Kumar that the model answers of eight questions were wrong, so an independent expert committee should be formed to investigate the matter. After that, the revised result should be issued by cancelling the preliminary examination.
Meanwhile, JPSC’s advocates Sanjay Piparwal and Prince Kumar Singh told the court that even if some model answers turn out to be wrong, it would be for everyone and not just the one candidate. Therefore, the court should not have to interfere in the matter.
The matter was also heard last week. During the hearing, the bench of the Chief Justice had said that the matter was being heard by a single bench. Therefore, the division bench cannot hear the matter. It had directed the Single bench to issue order after completing the hearing in the matter before the date of main examination on January 28.
