Ranchi, June 20: The Jharkhand High Court today imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan after being aggrieved with his working style.
The development took place when a case related to the route dispute of Apollo Hospital under construction in Ranchi was being heard by a division bench comprising Justice S Chandrashekhar and Justice Ratnakar Bhengra.
The court observed the working style of the Ranchi DC is not proper and this is the reason behind the continuation of the dispute and imposed the fine.
