Ranchi, Feb 1: New Covid infections, continued to decrease with 638 new cases being reported during the last 24 hours in the state on Monday taking the total number of active cases to 5858 with 1,874 recoveries and one death.
While one casualty was reported from Dhanbad.
The total number of Covid-19 cases in the state since the outbreak of the pandemic has reached 4,28,550 out of which 4,17,991 have recovered and 5,301 have scummed to the virus.
East Singhbhum with 226 new cases remained at the top followed by Ranchi with 165 new cases.
