New Delhi, Aug 24: The Supreme Court on Wednesday issued a notice on businessman Ashok Dhanuka’s plea in the matter relating to the nabbing of Jharkhand Congress MLAs with a huge amount of money in West Bengal’s Howrah.

Senior Advocate Mukul and Advocate Nalin Kohli appeared for petitioner Ashok Dhanuka.

Earlier, the CID team of West Bengal Police has issued a notice to Ashok Kumar Dhanuka of Guwahati, Assam under section 41A of CrPC for collecting evidence of that cash scandal on August 7. Along with this, he was asked to appear in Bhavani Bhavan at 10 am on Monday.
