Ranchi, March 3: Senior congress leader Alok Dubey welcomed the Jharkhand government’s budget for the financial year 2023-24.
He said it will prove to be a milestone in the construction of the new Jharkhand. The budget, he said, will help convert former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s dream into a reality as the budget provides funds for strengthening the Panchayat Secretariat.
Dubey said that the budget is developed -oriented presented by keeping due attention on social sectors like health, drinking water and food distribution as the focal point. He said provision for water conservation, micro lift irrigation, and Anganwadi Chalo Abhiyan will help bring positive change in the state.
Another senior leader of the party Lal Kishore Nath Shahdev said that provision of funds for the Guruji Credit Card Scheme, Chief Minister Education Promotion Scheme and Eklavya Training Scheme, Encouragement for Free Coaching, Encouragement of ITI Institutions, renovation of education and technical institutions and hostels, establishing new nursing colleges and pharmacy colleges reflect the intent of the state government to create the future.
Former ward councillor and congress leader Rajesh Gupta Chhotu said that the target of giving skill training to 1 lakh 40 thousand youths of the state under Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana is very important as the scheme. The proposal for air ambulances at a cheap rate is quite commendable.
