Baramulla, Nov 17: Two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans and two civilians were injured in a terror attack at security forces in Palhalan Pattan area of Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir, informed police on Wednesday.
According to the Jammu and Kashmir police, when a CRPF team of CRPF reached Palhalan Chowk after patrolling , terrorists lobbed the grenade at them.
Other CRPF personnel picked up two civilians including their injured comrades and admitted them to a nearby hospital. At present, the treatment of the injured is going on.
Meanwhile, an additional team of Army, SOG and CRPF also reached the spot and started cordoning off the areas around Palhlan Chowk. Once the siege is over, the search for the attackers will begin. At the same time, the police officer says that the CCTV cameras installed in the chowk are also being scrutinized. He claimed that soon the attackers would be traced.
