Srinagar, Sept 18: In the Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, security personnel on Sunday discovered a terrorist hideout in a forested area. As a result, several weapons and ammunition were found, according to the police.
According to a police officer, the hideout was discovered during a joint police-Army operation in the Tetharka woodland region of Sangaldan in the Gool subdivision.
69 nine mm pistol rounds, an under-barrel grenade launcher, a Chinese handgun with a magazine and 36 rounds, a dagger, four AK-47 rifle magazines with 198 bullets, a binocular, a camera, and a wireless set were among the items taken, according to him.
