JPSC Appointment Scam: Anticipatory Bail Plea Of Four Officers To Be Heard On May 14

Ranchi: In the JPSC appointment scam case, the anticipatory bail petitions of charge-sheeted police officers Vikas Pandey and Arvind Singh, along with administrative officers Kumud Kumar and Sangeeta Kumari, were heard in the special CBI court in Ranchi.

Defense Seeks Time To File Reply

During Wednesday’s hearing, the defense counsel requested additional time to file a response, which the court accepted. The next hearing in the matter has now been scheduled for May 14.

CBI Court Has Denied Bail Earlier

In connection with the JPSC recruitment scam, the CBI court has earlier denied anticipatory bail to several accused. However, a few have been granted relief from the Jharkhand High Court.
