Daltonganj, April 13: The 1998 batch Jharkhand cadre IAS officer Kamal Kishore Soan has been notified as Central Prabhari Officer (CPO) for Lohardaga district which is an aspirational district.
The Central government’s Department of Personnel and Training has issued a notification warranting Soan to be the new CPO for the aspirational district Lohardaga.
Soan is currently the joint secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
The Secretariat of the appointments committee for the cabinet has issued nine more changes in the CPOs.
Chhatisgarh has three changes, one each in its three districts Bastar, Korba and Rajnandan.
Haryana, UP, Bihar, Telangana, Odisha and Himachal Pradesh too have got new CPOs in their respective aspirational district.
