Ranchi, Aug.7: A delegation of Kendriya Sarna Samiti invited Chief Minister (CM) Hemant Soren to participate in the World Indigenous Day program to be organized on August 9. The delegation expressed its gratitude to the CM for organizing the Jharkhand Tribal Festival-2023 on a grand scale in the state.
The CM, on the occasion, said that Jharkhand Tribal Festival – 2023 will get a different identity soon. He said that this time the festival is being promoted across the country and it is a matter of happiness that people from all over the country and the world are coming to participate in this festival.
The CM said that the government is continuously making efforts to preserve and promote tribal tradition, art-culture, lifestyle, tribal products and song-music-dance. In this episode, he said, the organization of the festival will prove to be a milestone.
