Hazaribag, Feb 12: A septuagenarian Kirodi Lal Meena, who went missing from his house at Dosa in Rajasthan on December 18 last year, was reunited with his family on Saturday. Notably, Meena was spotted wandering in area under the jurisdiction of Satgawan officer-in-charge Anand Shah.
According to Shah, he came to know about Meena roaming in his area, and several claimed that he was not from Koderma. Shah brought the man to police station and tried to ask him about his family.
Upon enquiry, Meena shared a mobile number. When contacted, the number was found to be that of Meena’s son Mahendra Kumar Meena. On Saturday, Mahendra came to Koderma to take his father home.

As a result of roaming the streets for so long without maintaining personal hygiene, Meena was not in good condition. Sources said that he had not taken bath and had a long beard. Shah took the initiative and had his beard shaved and got him to take a bath. Along with this, the man was also given new clothes.
Meanwhile, Shah asked Mahendra to take care of his father. Mahendra thanked the police for their efforts and also said that it is because of them that he is with his father.
