Mumbai, Jan 7: The Mumbai Court on Friday sentenced both accused Rizwan Ahmed and Mohsin Sayed to imprisonment for 8 years.
The court sentenced both of them under section 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. A fine of Rs 10,000 each was also imposed on them. If the fine is not paid, their punishment will be extended by 3 months.

Notably, two ISIS operatives, Rizwan Ahmed and Mohsin Ibrahim Sayyed, were found guilty yesterday by a special NIA court in Mumbai of attempting to radicalise Muslim youths to join the Islamic State (IS). The accused used to encourage Muslim youths to fly abroad to join IS/ISIL/ISIS in order to conduct war against India’s allies.
