Ranchi, June 19: The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) National President Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday addressed followers in Mandar, where he was present to support his party candidate, Dev Kumar Dhan, who will be considered an independent candidate in Jharkhand.

On the occasion, Owaisi said that the JMM and Modi government together killed two youths of Ranchi. He said that Mudasir and Sahil lost their lives due to the BJP’s attempt to save Nupur Sharma. “Had the Jharkhand government worked honestly, these deaths would not have happened in Ranchi on June 10,” he added. Owaisi further demanded that those who shot both the youths be arrested and said that if he spoke against BJP, Narendra Modi, Yogi and RSS, he will not be allowed to leave Ranchi.

Taking a jibe at BJP, Owaisi said that youths will be left to suffer after the four-year-long army jobs. The youth going into the army want to serve and protect the country, but the PM of the country says that after four years of service, they will give them the job of a watchman. Modi has forgotten the youth that sacrifice their lives for the nation. He further questioned Modi and BJP about what had happened to their patriotism.

Owaisi further added that he is in love with the country. He said that people join the army to serve the nation, however, the PM is cheating students through the four years of service in the army under the Agneepath scheme. He said that the country is under threat from China-Pakistan but PM Modi is saving money. Modi ruined the country’s economy in eight years. Out of five graduate degree holders, one person gets a job.

The AIMIM president further added that Modi, who talked about 10 crore jobs, should tell where the job is today. PM Modi has lied to the people of the country repeatedly. Inflation has increased. Petrol and diesel prices have increased.

Owaisi further said that the youth of the country is on the streets. The PM has hurt the dreams of the youth. Terming Congress as an old Congress, he said that this party praises JMM and here two children of Ranchi have been shot. Targeting Congress MLA Irfan Ansari, Owaisi said that Ansari had earlier claimed to not let Owaisi come to Jharkhand.

Targeting the Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Owaisi said that he is greedy. He said that Soren has taken 11 acres of land under his name. Sarna Dharma Code will be implemented in Jharkhand in 2022. “I have come to fight for your rights in Jharkhand. Strengthened the organisation and connected educated people with the organisation. The day is not far when AIMIM will hold a different stature in the politics here,” he added

State President of AIMIM Sakir in Mander said that the world has seen the fate of dictatorial governments. Targeting the central government, Sakir added that the government has done the work of creating a rift between the people of the country.

Notably, the election battle in Ranchi-Mandar assembly by-election has seen several turns. After the cancellation of the membership of MLA Bandhu Tirkey, his daughter Neha Shilpi Tirkey is in the electoral fray to save his political legacy. Meanwhile, the BJP has been seen betting on Gangotri Kujur.

On the other hand, BJP’s rebel leader Dev Kumar Dhan is making a difference as an independent in the electoral fray. In such a situation, to address the election rally in favor of Dhan, the AIMIM national president appealed to the people to vote on the auto (tempo) mark. However, the candidate Dhan was not present due to fear of arrest. Notably, elections are to be held in the Mandar assembly on June 23.

On the other hand, the AIMIM President Owaisi met the relatives of the deceased Sahil and Muddasir, the youth that had dies in the violence on June 10. It is worth mentioning that Owaisi’s public meeting was organised in Chanho for the Mandar assembly by-election. After addressing the public meeting, he met the relatives of the deceased Muddasir and Sahil in Chanho. During this Owaisi said, “I will accompany the families of the deceased and will always fight for justice.”
