Marwari College Ranchi extends application deadline for vacancies in six companies

Ranchi, July 5: Marwari College has extended the application deadline to July 15 for the placement registration process for six companies including Renewbuy, M Pocket, BYJUs, Nimbus BPO, and Policy Bazaar. On the other hand, applicants for Wipro WILP have an extension till July 31.

As per the placement committee of the college, applications received till date include 331 for Renewbuy, 228 for M Pocket, 273 for BYJUs, 357 for Nimbus BPO and 298 for Policy Bazaar till date.

Sources have also claimed that students that applied till July 3, may get to give their virtual tests and interviews within the next 7 -15 days. Officials have asked students to regularly keep checking their emails.

Notably, Wipro is looking to hire B Comm, BBA, BA Economics and Psychology graduates from 2020, 21 and 22 batches on a total of 300 seats. Selected employees may even be given an opportunity to do MBA courses through the company. For the first year, salary is set to be 2.5 lakhs per annum, while it will increase to 3.5 and 5 lakhs in the consecutive years. However, after an MBA degree, students will be offered around seven lakhs per annum. Minimum qualifications for the post are 60 percent in intermediate and 60 percent in UG.

Nimbus BPO, on the other hand, is looking to hire Inter/UG/PG students from any department for positions in Ranchi, that have passed in 2022 or any year before that. The company has around 200 seats available.

M POCKET is looking to hire UG/PG graduates that have passed in 2022 or before on a total of 400 seats for Kolkata. As per the information, the salary offered is Rs 1400 per month. After an experience of six months with the company, the hires may expect a salary of Rs 12000-15000.

Renewbuy is looking to hire sales trainees that are UG/PG graduates and have passed in or before the year 2022 for 120 posts. UG students will be offered a salary of Rs three lakhs per annum, while the PG students will have an offer of 3.5 lakhs per annum. The company is also offering around 60 job locations all over the nation.

Meanwhile, Policy Bazar is looking for UG/PG graduates that have passed out in the year 2022 or before for 250 seats. The company is offering a position in Gurgaon at a salary of around 2.5 lakhs per annum.

Anubhav, Marwari College Placement Cell member said, “The data collected at the college will be sent to companies on July 1. Interested candidates may apply online on https://www.marwaricollegeranchi.ac.in/Placement.aspx.”

Notably, the Marwari College is hosting five nationally renowned companies as a part of a placement initiative. The companies are looking to hire a collective of 1270 inter to PG-level employees in various posts. The last day for application for the company is June 30.
