Ranchi, Dec 7: Husband and wife living separately happily agreed to live together with their children after mediators at the Mediation Centre gave them an opportunity to discuss their problems and helped them realise their responsibilities for a better tomorrow.
The development took place on the third day of a five-day special mediation campaign at Mediation Centre running at civil court premises, where as many as 23 cases were forwarded today from the family courts and various other courts.
A DLSA official informed this sharing brief of the case. He said as many as 20 cases were settled on the third day today.
“Tinkle Sinha and Shankar Kumar Sinha were living separately for the last one year. Tinkle was staying at her parents’ place in Bachra with two children while Shanker was staying away from her Daltonganj. The relationship between wife and husband had soured to such an extent that the matter reached before the family court. Sensing the gravity of the dispute, the court referred the matter for mediation and finally the dispute was resolved,” the official said.
“In the light of the agreement made in the mediation center, Shankar will take his wife Tinkle, a five year old son and a three year old daughter to their residence in Shambhuchak Daltonganj in February 2023 and both the parties will give respect to each other. It was also agreed that every month the amount for personal expenses would be given by the husband to the wife and all the requirements would be fulfilled,” the insider said, adding it took five meetings between the two parties to come to a healthy conclusion.
The official said mediator LK Giri and advocates of both the parties Deepak Sinha and F.N. Nilesh played a vital role to unite the couple.
“DLSA Secretary advised both parties to lead a happy life and not to fight further. He said that they should think for the future of their children and live happily together in the family,” the official said.
