“The passing of this woman has had an impact on everyone in the nation. Although I don’t have the most recent statistics, I believe that since this incident, there have been more than 300 martyrs and people killed in this country, including children “In a video posted by the Mehr news agency, Brigadier General Amirali Hajizadeh, head of the Guards’ aerospace division, was quoted.
During the skirmishes with the demonstrators, numerous police, soldiers, and militia members were also slain or otherwise killed.

The most recent official death toll is significantly lower than the estimate of at least 416 dead in the suppression of protests in Iran provided by the Oslo-based organisation Iran Human Rights.
The group claims that its death toll includes those killed in Amini protest-related violence as well as separate unrest in the province of Sistan-Baluchistan in the region’s southeast.
