These IAS officers help the aspirants of Civil Services through regular classes and Interview Guidance Program(IGP). This program is run by the officers free of cost.

The main speciality of this program is that all the panelists here are IAS officers of Bihar & Jharkhand. Aspirants are guided with favourable, stress-free and scientific methods like making WhatsApp group for study in which officers are available so that aspirants can ask questions related to their doubts.

While asking about the success of NACS its president B.K.Prasad said that “it was our small effort that we all officers of Bihar Jharkhand should come together at one platform and do something for our state. For that, we joined with young officers and founded this NACS. Now this association has more than 1000 members who are committed here. Under this, we run various programmes in which guiding civil services aspirants is the main programme especially for the interview so that they can get good marks. We are proud that the IAS topper is from NACS, he added.
