Ranchi, June 21: Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL) observed the International Day of Yoga on Tuesday. PVUNL officials and Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti are actively engaging in the ongoing week-long Yoga Camp to mark the same.

Morning yoga exercises increase an individual’s energy level and help with long-term benefits.

Notably, on June 21, the International Day of Yoga is celebrated all over the world to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga for health and well-being. It is a collection of physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines that have become popular in recent years as a way of life.

The theme for the International Day of Yoga in 2022 is ‘Yoga for Humanity,’ which encourages a holistic approach to health while acknowledging that the recent few years have brought significant emotional, and mental stress to people all around the world.
