Ranchi, Nov.2: Political activities intensified in Jharkhand after enforcement directorate summoned chief minister Hemant Soren to question in the matter related to laundering of money earned allegedly by illegal mining.
While BJP state chief Deepak Prakash launched tweeter attack on chief minister Soren saying how the CM benefitted his close relatives and associates by using his official position, BJP rebel Saryu Roy made a counter attack targeting former chief minister Raghubar Das. Roy through his tweet attempted to say that BJP rule under the leadership of Das promoted more corruption.
Amid attack and counter attack, the JMM has planned a rally at Morabadi on Thursday to show its strength on ground. It is expected that CM Soren will also participate in the rally though he is expected on the day to appear before ED for questioning.
The UPA has also convened a meeting in the evening in which discussion taking the present situation is likely to discussed. CM will remain present in the meeting.
The JMM from which CM Soren belongs has invited media person at its office at 3pm for a press conference and it is expected that the party apart from informing media persons regarding tomorrow’s Morabadi programme will also clear its stand in the wake of recent development.
