China has fallen into chaos as a result of the government’s decision to abandon the zero-Covid policy’s rigorous lockdown limits. Even if the administration disputes that the death toll has reached double digits, crematoriums around the nation are overflowing with the enormous stream of the dead.

Numerous medical professionals and top authorities on health and welfare attended the meeting in Delhi, which was presided over by health minister Mandaviya.

Bharati Pawar, India’s Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, VK Paul, a member of the government’s core team for the Covid-19 pandemic response, Rajesh Bhushan, Secretary of the Union Health Ministry, Dr. NK Arora, Chief, National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (NTAGI), Nivedita Gupta, ICMR scientist, Atul Goyal, Director of the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), and Raj were present at the meeting.

“Covid is not over yet. I have directed all concerned to be alert and strengthen surveillance,” Mansukh Mandaviya said after the meeting concluded.
