President Kovind meets Bangladesh PM, Foreign Minister in Dhaka

Dhaka, Dec15: President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday meet Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina in Dhaka. He was received by Bangaladesh President Abdul Hamid and First Lady Rashida Hamid upon his arrival.

Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen on called on President Ram Nath Kovind in Dhaka and apprised him of the excellent progress in bilateral cooperation and of future joint projects.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh said that the two dignitaries reiterated their wish to further consolidate the existing friendly ties between the both countries.

Notably, President Ram Nath Kovind is in a three day visit to Bangladesh and is scheduled to attend the country’s 50th Victory Day celebrations as a guest of honour.
