Ranchi: The officials here leave no stone unturned to mislead the state’s largest panchayat assembly. During the budget session of the Legislative Assembly, the government had assured to stop the construction taking place illegally on the land of the tribal account. But the Ranchi district administration is not showing any interest in implementing this assurance of the government. A letter was written to the police station for Khanapurti. On the other hand, the builder is erecting a multi-storey building on illegal land uninterruptedly.
On whose behest the construction is being done – Chamra Linda
Located on the way from Harmu Road to Kathal More (Chapu Toli Chowk), this land belongs to account number 440 located at Argora Mauja, whose area is 84 decimals. This plot is registered in Khatian as Rait Gondal Oraon and others. Even after the ban, a multi-storey building is being constructed by Samruddhi Builder on this plot. JMM MLA Chamra Linda, who raised questions in the assembly on this matter, has questioned the government itself. He said that the government should tell on whose behest this construction work is being done.
It is worth mentioning that in the budget session of the Vidhan Sabha, in response to the starred question of Chamra Linda, the Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms Department had admitted that the descendants of Khatiyani Rait Gondal Oraon and Chhedi of the plot on which the multi-storeyed building is being erected by Samridhi Builder. The trial (419/2006-07) went on between Ram Sahu in the SAR court. In this, the decision was taken in favor of Jhirga Oraon, the descendant of Gondal Sau.Then appealed against this decision in the Deputy Commissioner’s Court (SAR Appeal Case 2008-09) and in the Commissioner’s Court in Revision Suit No. 179/2011, the decision of the SAR Court was upheld in favor of the tribal ryots.
But even after winning the long legal battle, these tribals did not get the land back to them. At present, the matter is again in the court of the Deputy Commissioner. The Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms Department has banned any kind of construction on the said plot till the decision comes. Despite this, Samridhi Builder is getting the work done by flouting the orders of the government.

The construction being done by Samridhi Builder has been banned during the assembly session. Even after this, the construction work is contempt of the assembly. Who is giving support to the construction being done by the builder? On whose behest, Ranchi DC, AC and CO are not even listening to the government, it should be told to the government.
