New Delhi, Nov 30: Protesters from several labour unions in Punjab on Wednesday gathered outside the home of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and engaged in a fight with the police in an effort to get all of their demands met.

The workers began their march toward the CM’s home in Sangrur at Patiala Bypass. There are many police officers stationed outside Bhagwant Mann’s house.

Police used lathicharge in an effort to scatter the crowd, which resulted in some workers being hurt. In order to get their demands met, workers have started a dharna outside the gate.

Further information awaited.
