Ramgarh administration seizes 3 vehicles with illegally mined sand

Ramgarh, April 12: The district administration is taking strict action against the culprits who are involved in illegal mining. DC Madhavi Mishra has directed the officers to work in a planned manner.

In this sequence, during the investigation campaign conducted under the leadership of District Mining Officer Nitesh Kumar Gupta on Tuesday, one sand-laden hyva and one tractor under the Barkakana police station area and two sand-laden tractors in the Ramgarh police station area were caught transporting minerals without a transport challan. They were found guilty, after which the vehicles were seized and handed over to the Ramgarh police station for further action and an FIR was registered on Wednesday.

Mining Inspector Vinod Bihari Pramanik, the police force of Ramgarh and Barkakana police station and others were present in the investigation team.
