Ramgarh College HoDs nominated as Senators for Vinoba Bhave University

Ramgarh, Oct 17: Two associate professors of the Ramgarh College have been nominated as Senators for the Vinoba Bhave University Senate by the Jharkhand Governor-cum-Chancellor Ramesh Bais.

The two associate professors are Dr Rekha Prasad (Head of Chemistry Department) and Dr Ratna Pandey (Head of Department of English).

The notification in this regard has already been issued by the University. Notably, both the teachers played an active role in the National Seminar on National Education Policy-2020 held in the college recently.

Dr Ratna Pandey had worked as an organising secretary of the national seminar and Dr Rekha Prasad was the co-coordinator.

The teachers and staff of the college have expressed happiness on the nomination of their collegues. The college officials said that it is a matter of great pride for the college.

Both teachers also promised to take up all the problems of the college on the floor of the Senate.
