Ramgarh DC instructs officials over secondary, intermediate exam preparations

Ramgarh, March 11: A meeting was organized with the examination center superintendents for the upcoming secondary and intermediate examination 2023 under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner  Madhavi Mishra in the collectorate hall on Saturday regarding the complete preparations for the examination.

District Education Officer Kumari Neelam informed that in the year 2023, a total of 13730 students will appear in the secondary examination, for which a total of 55 examination centers have been selected in the district.  A total of 12174 students will appear in the intermediate examination, for which a total of 40 examination centers have been selected.

Sub-Divisional Officer Mohammad Javed Hussain, while giving detailed information about the work to be done by the Center Superintendents during the examination, said that section 144 will remain in force during the examination in all the examination centres. All the center superintendents will take full care that there should be no one other than the students at the examination centers. Along with this, all the people should also check the CCTV installed at their centers and if there is any error in them, get it fixed as soon as possible.

Deputy Commissioner Madhavi Mishra gave detailed information to all the center superintendents about their responsibilities during the examination and also about contributing to the completion of the examination with complete transparency. She also directed to keep proper arrangements for basic facilities like drinking water, toilets etc. at the examination center.

Treasury Officer Manju Shobha Ekka, District Public Relations Officer Dr. Asim Kumar, Center Superintendent of all examination centers and others were present.
