Ranchi, Oct 1: The body of Sujal Karmali, resident of Patel Nagar Karmali Tola located in Bhurkunda OP area, has been recovered from a closed mine. According to the information, on Sunday people saw a dead body floating in the mine. After this, the Bhadani Nagar police were informed about this.
After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took out the body and sent it for post-mortem. When Sujal’s body was being taken out of the mine, he had Dendrite in his hand. In this regard, the police said that every point is being investigated and anything can be said only after the post-mortem report comes.
According to Sujan Karmali’s father, Jagdev Karmali, he went somewhere after taking a bike from his aunt’s son Rohit Kumar at 12 noon on Saturday. Rohit came home at 5 o’clock in the evening, seeking the bike. However, Sujan had not returned home by that time.
Subsequently, extensive searches were conducted to find him, but his whereabouts remained unknown. Later that night, his bike, helmet, mobile phone, and slippers were found near the AIG Tetariya Band Khadan in the Bhadaini Nagar police jurisdiction.
Following this discovery, family members filed a missing person report at the Bhurkunda OP. Today, in the morning, his body was discovered in the mine.
Since the discovery of the body, a sombre atmosphere prevails at the home. Sujan Karmali was the only son of Jagdev Karmali. He had been working at a Ramgarh Honda showroom for the past two months.
