Ramgarh, Jan 9: As a part of PVUN’s Community Development initiatives, a Mega Medical Camp was organised at the Panchayat Bhawan of Labga today. Along with regular health check-ups and complementary medicines, tests like Hemoglobin, Random Sugar and Blood Pressure were also done during this camp.

Notably, around 150 beneficiaries of the nearby villages availed of the facilities. Four Doctors along with a lab technician, pharmacist, receptionist, and camp coordinator were present at the camp. The medical camp was inaugurated by the mukhiya Hema Kumari along with other ward members and Dr Amit Singh Gill (PVUN), and representatives of the CSR-R&R Department.

The camp was organised in line with the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Yojana, wherein accessible medical facilities are provided to pregnant women on the 9th of every month. With initiatives like these, PVUN strives for a healthy community to have a better tomorrow.
