Ramgarh: The water crisis during the rainy season forced residents of Ara Hospital Colony, Dumarbeda village in Ramgarh district to block the Ara Project office gate on Thursday.

The protesters sat on a dharna at 10:00 am to protest against the crisis and draw the attention of the management to the issue.

They said that due to the carelessness of the management, the villagers are facing a water crisis for a long time.  Despite this, the management of Ara Colliery is not paying attention to it.

“Till the management does not solve the water problem, the gate will remain closed,” the protesters said.

Water is supplied to the people of Dumarbeda village by the management of the Ara Project office. The problem of water in Ara Officers Colony is also frightening as the supply here is stopped for the last two weeks.
