Ramgarh, March 30: Deep Dutta, son of Bhaskar Dutta, has made Jharkhand and Ramgarh proud in the entire country. He along with team mate from Kolkata, Chandan Sen, acquired the 4th position in the Indian National Rally Championship (INRC). It is a rallying series conducted by the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI).
The INRC final round started from Siliguri and ended at Darjeeling. Both did fantastic rallying through the rigorous terrain of the Himalayas and conquered overall 4th position in the grand finale of the competition.
Before this, Deep Dutta has won many awards by showing his skills at the national and international level in car rallies.
Around 40 participants from all over India participated in the nationwide car rally. This rally was divided into five zones throughout India. Deep Dutta participated from the East Zone.
To emerge victorious from the East Zone, he had to win five previous East Zone tournaments. A three-day rally called Himalayan Drive started from Siliguri, covering a distance of 1,000 kilometres through various hills of the Himalayas, Deep Dutta waved his flag.
