Ranchi: The district administration held a crucial meeting on Wednesday with representatives of recognized political parties to discuss various electoral processes. The meeting covered details on the assembly-wise voter list, polling stations in high-rise buildings/apartments, procedures related to Form-6, 7, and 8, distribution of EPIC cards to new voters on the eligibility date, rationalization of polling stations, and issues concerning polling centers with over 1,500 voters.
During the meeting, the representatives of political parties shared their opinions and suggestions, which were duly noted for implementation. In line with the Election Commission’s objectives, the discussion aimed to enhance transparency and efficiency in electoral procedures within the legal framework.
