Ranchi, Aug 26: A student of DAV Public School Hehal drowned in the Dhurwa dam on Friday.
The student has been identified as Sanu Kumar, a resident of Pandara.
Sonu is a student of class 10th. After getting the information about the incident, a team of Nagdi police station reached the spot and is trying to find the boy.
According to the information, Sanu Kumar had gone to bathe in the dam along with his friends. Sanu went into deep water and could not get out. Other students present on the spot informed the local people and then the Nagdi police station was informed.
