Ranchi, Feb 19: To make the GM (gair majarua) land encroachment free, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan has ordered to file an FIR against the person encroaching the GM land and take actions against them. The information came to the fore after the DC inspected the Angada Block cum Circle Office today.
During the inspection of the circle office, he inspected various matters of different departments related to encroachment, illegal jamabandi, mutation, input-output register, auction, rent fixation, compliance of letters from the district, cash book and gave necessary directions to the officers/employees.
The DC listened to the problems of the people and gave instructions to the officials for execution.
In the block office, the update status of Casual Leave Register, Input-Output Register, Right to Information Register, Audit Register, Vehicle Log Book, Public Grievance Register, Pension Register, Service Book was checked by the DC.
Along with taking information about the compliance of letters sent from the district, he also gave directions to the workers to improve their working style.
During the inspection of Block cum Circle Office Anagada, the DC also checked the presence of the office staff. While checking the attendance register, he directed everyone to come to the office on time and execute the work.
During the inspection of the Block cum Circle Office, people put their complaints before the Deputy Commissioner. Taking serious note of the grievances of the people, the Deputy Commissioner gave necessary directions to the concerned officials for execution.
Additional Collector, Ranchi, Additional Collector (Naxal) cum Director DRDA, Deputy Collector of Land Reforms, General and Law Branch In-charge, District Nazarat Deputy Collector, BDO, CO and other officials were present during the inspection.
