Ranchi, July 6: The traffic police in Ranchi issued a challan of Rs 30,000 to a youth captured in the CCTV footage doing a bike stunt on Main Road.
The action was taken after the officials at Hindipiri police station informed the traffic personnel and sought to take appropriate action against the youth with the help of CCTV footage.
Traffic SP Haris Bin Jaman confirmed the action saying that the matter has been communicated to the court and now it is on the court to take a decision on the fine amount.
Bike stunts on the road have always been a matter of concern for the police.
