Ranchi, Feb 25: Ranchi University has released its Academic Calendar for the session 2023-24, copies of which have also been sent to Raj Bhavan and the Department of Higher and Technical Education.

As per the released calendar, it has been decided that the examination of Undergraduate regular and vocational batches for Semester V (2020-23), Semester III (2021-24) and Semester I (2022-25) will be held in the first week of March. Similarly, the examination of Semester VI (2020-23), Semester IV (2021-24) and Semester II (2022- 25) will be held in the first week of June.
Meanwhile, the examination of Postgraduate Semester IV (2021-23), and Semester II (2022-24) will be held in the first week of May, while, the examination of Postgraduate Semester I (2022-24) will be held in the last week of March.
Similarly, the examination of MBBS First Professional 2022 (Supplementary) and Second Professional MBBS 2022 (Supplementary) will be held in the first week of May, while the MBBS Third Professional Part I 2023 Annual Exam will be held in the first week of May and the Third Professional Part I (Supplementary) exam will be held in the first week of July.
The calendar further informs that the MBBS Third Professional Part II Annual 2023 exam will be held in the first week of May and the Third Professional Part II MBBS Supplementary Exam will be held in the first week of July.
However, MD/MS/M Clinical/Diploma annual examinations will be held in the first week of July and supplementary in the first week of September. The BEd Part I 2023 Annual Exam will be held in the second week of December 2023 and the BEd Part II 2023 Annual Exam will be held in the first week of July 2023.
Furthermore, the examination of MEd Semester II (2021-23) and Semester IV (2020-22) is set to be held in the second week of March and MEd Semester I (2020-24) and Semester III (2021-23) in the first week of May.
Similarly, the examination of BSc Basic Nursing Semester I, IV and Post Basic Semester I and II will be held in the first week of October, while the examination of BSc Basic Nursing Semester I and IV and Post Basic Nursing Semester I and II Supplementary will be held in the second week of January 2024.
The examination of LLB Semester II (2022-25), Semester IV (2021-24) and Semester VI (2020- 23) will be held in the second week of July. The examination of BBA-LLB Semester II (2020-27) and Semester IV (2021-26), Semester VI (2020-25) and Semester VIII (2019-24) will be held in the second week of July. The examinations for LLM Semesters I and III will be held in the fourth week of March while Semesters II and IV will have exams in the second week of July.
