Ranchi, Oct.15: The body of a 20-year-old youth, who had left his house on October 11 after being scolded by his parents following an argument over his love affair, was found floating dead at Kanke Dam under the Pandra OP area in the heart of Jharkhand capital.

The reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained as the police have yet to complete their investigation.

Primary investigation suggests that the youth, identified as Raj Nayak, was presently staying in a rented house in Nayak Chowk. His native village is Murubanda under the Rajrappa police station area of Ramgarh district. It is the same place where Nayak had a dispute with his parents.

Nayak used to work in a cloth shop and stayed with his father’s sister.
