Ranchi, Sept.28: Godda MP Nishikant Dubey today got a big relief from Jharkhand High Court as the court directed the Deoghar district administration not to take any coercive action against him, his son and Bhjopuri actor cum BJP MP Manoj Tiwari.

The order came from the bench of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi after Dubey filed a petition for relief after the Deoghar district administration lodged an FIR against him for violating security norms at Deoghar airport and Prashant Pallav argued on his behalf.

While hearing the matter, the court sought a reply from the state government. The court has issued notice to the Deoghar Deputy Commissioner, the Airport Security Incharge and the Kunda police station in-charge.

It was alleged that Dubey delayed the flight. On which it was submitted before the court that sunset time on that day was 6:03pm while the take off time was 6:17pm before adding that take-off can take place even after half an hour of sunset and the DC has no right to lodge a complaint in the matter.
