Ranchi, March 24: The Ranchi University on Thursday invited applications for admissions in Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry and Allied Sciences (RINPAS) for Post Graduate courses for the 2022-24 sessions. A total of 32 seats are available in different courses of PG in the institute.
These include PhD in Clinical Psychology which has four seats, four seats for PhD in Psychiatric Social Work, while 12 seats each are available for M Phil in Clinical Psychology and Psychiatric Social Work. Detailed information is available on the university website www.ranchiuniversity.ac.in.
Fully filled application forms can be downloaded from the website itself. Meanwhile, the last date for submitting application forms in the office of the Controller Examination is April 13.
As per the notification released, candidates must enclose self attested photocopy of their final year mark sheet (P.G. Course/M Phil as applicable) and other relevant documents with the application form. Along with this, a non refundable demand draft of Rs. 1200/- (Rs. 600/- only in case of ST/SC Candidates of Jharkhand) drawn in favour of Registrar, Ranchi University, Ranchi payable at Ranchi should be enclosed along with the application form.
The candidates must also produce original copies of all certificates, mark sheets, testimonials; caste certificate/residential/disability certificate if applicable etc. and other relevant documents at the time of Interview/Counseling otherwise their candidature for admission at RINPAS will stand cancelled.
The notice further states that the Roll No. of the qualified candidate of Entrance examination along with date and time of interview (Practical & Viva) will be displayed on the website www.ranchiuniversity.ac.in for final selection. No reservation will be provided for Ph.D. courses, however reservation will be provided for M Phil courses as per Ranchi University/Jharkhand Govt. rules, stated the notice. It further added that the number of seats is subject to change without assigning any reason.
