Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court has given a decision to shift former Jharia MLA and BJP leader Sanjeev Singh back to Dhanbad jail. The High Court has ordered the state government to shift Sanjeev Singh back from Dumka jail to Dhanbad jail within two weeks. Please tell that after the hearing on July 5, Bahubali of Jharia and former BJP MLA Sanjeev Singh will remain in Dumka jail or they will be shifted to Dhanbad jail. The High Court had reserved its decision on this. In the Jharkhand High Court, a plea was made in the High Court demanding compliance of the order of the lower court to bring back the former MLA Sanjeev Singh from Dumka to Dhanbad jail.
The court had reserved its decision after hearing full arguments from both the sides. The state government has also filed a petition in this matter.

Former Advocate General and senior advocate of the High Court Ajit Kumar, appearing for Sanjeev Singh, appeared before the court and told the court that before sending the undertrial prisoner to another jail, it is necessary to take permission from the concerned lower court. But without the order of the lower court, Sanjeev Singh was sent from Dhanbad Jail to Dumka Central Jail. On which advocate PS Pati, appearing for the state government, appeared before the court and said that it is not necessary to take prior permission from the court to send any undertrial prisoner to another jail.
