Ramgarh, Feb 14: In light of the guidelines issued by the state government for the prevention of corona infection, a complete ban has been imposed on organizing any kind of procession and exhibition in Ramgarh district.
Prohibitory orders under section 144 have been issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer Mohammad Javed Hussain till further orders in view of picketing and procession by various organizations regarding certain demands.
In this regard, the sub-divisional officer, through video conferencing with the administrative and police officers, informed everyone in detail about the work to be done by them.
Along with this, he also gave many important instructions to everyone regarding taking necessary action against all those who disobey orders during prohibitory orders.
It will be mandatory to follow the following orders during prohibitory orders:
- The gathering of four or more persons together with sticks/javelin/traditional weapons is prohibited under prohibitory orders.
- To maintain law and order/peace in the entire prohibition area, any person is prohibited from carrying and displaying his licensed weapon from one place to another.
- Prohibition on procession, dharna, demonstration, road blockade without permission.
- There will be a ban on the use of sound amplifiers without the permission of any competent authority.
- Religious comments and posts hurting religious sentiments on any particular religion, caste or person are banned against any social media like Whatsapp, Facebook, and Twitter.
This order will not apply to government employees, officers during the working period and will not be effective if the police force / paramilitary force and bank guards carry arms.
Also, this order will be relaxed on cremation/marriage ceremony / religious ceremony and prohibitory orders will not be effective on the passenger waiting in the educational institution/hospital/bus stop or the passenger on the bus.
