Srinagar, May 2: Alive hand grenade was discovered in the luggage of an army trooper on Monday, at Srinagar International Airport,
According to sources, the bomb was discovered in the trooper’s check-in baggage during baggage screening. Balaji Sampath, a Tamil Nadu resident, has been identified as the jawan. Sampath was travelling via Indigo airline from Srinagar to Chennai via Delhi. He has been turned over to the police for further investigation.
