Ranchi, May 8: The Marwari College Placement Cell has announced placement of several students including 13 students in Ayant Software, one in BYJUs and others in companies like TCS, Accenture among others through the Anudeep Foundation.
The college management in this regard organised a ceremony to honour the Anudeep Foundation with a certificate and trophy for the contribution in providing livelihood to the students after training. Notably, the foundation is playing an important role in the placement of students in MNCs like TCS, Concentric, Capgemini, Accenture through IT training especially for EWS category candidates. An MoU was also signed between Marwari College and Anudeep Foundation, under which EWS and students of other categories would be given placement in various multinational companies after training.
Principal Dr Manoj Kumar, Assistant Placement Coordinator Anubhav Chakraborty, Placement Cell Coordinator cum Professor-in-Charge Dr R R Sharma and Anudeep Foundation’s Regional Manager Abhishek Banerjee and Anudeep BIT Mesra Center’s Center Manager Khushboo Mishra were present on the occasion.
Along with this, 13 students have been selected by Ayant software at a placement camp. After three months of training with salary in Kolkata, the students will be posted in Bokaro which will be responsible for the US recruitment process. After the probation period, the salary of the students will be 2.4 lakh or more based on their performances.
Apart from this, their food and pick and drop facilities will also be available from the company. Selected students include Shashank Sharma, Suraj Shekhar, Shiwani Kumari, Mohit Kumar, Shruti Kumari, Soniya Kumari, Animesh Kumar, Sonali Bhattacharjee, Md Adnan, Shashi Raj and Shubham Kumar Dubey are from BComm, BBA, BCA, Bio-tech and Economics department.
Meanwhile, Md Sarfaraz Ansari was selected as Business Associate in BYJUs through another campus drive organised by the Marwari College Placement Cell. The annual package offered to Ansari is Rs 10 lakhs. As per information, more than 180 BBA and MBA students participated in the said campus drive.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Kamini Kumar, Principal Dr. Manoj Kumar, and others congratulated the selected students and encouraged the rest of the students to participate in the campus placement drive.
